Video Line-in Problem!

Hello I'm Thommino from Italy. About 2 mouth ago I bought PAL or NTSC Video to PAL or NTSC RGB Digital Converter from http://www.converters.tv/. Now that I complete my installation I can see a problem. When the product show this image (see pictures) the color bar are good but the black bar is not good. From this image you cannot see it, but it is shaking black bar and with a lot of white signs. I must tell you that when I install the product I had to open it and switch the level to NTSC out format, because my monitor is an RGB NTSC. So the product take like Video in-source PAL signal and send out NTSC RGB.
So I cannot see images very clear (look the skin of that girls for example)and very often I see the images with a lot of brighteness.
Do you know why I have this problem? Can I regulate brightness and colour?
Here other pictures to better understand my problem.
You can also find 5 videos that sow better my problem.
