Water temp gauge problem

Water temp gauge problem
Just got done hooking up my nordskog water temp gauge.. and doesn't seem to work. temp stays at 375 deg F.
Here's my setup.

did i hook up anything incorrectly?

yea thanks. jus solved it. i work at a machine shop so i jus fabbed up a ring to go around the sensor body with a threaded hole i put a screw into to keep it in place/connect the grounding wire
