whats up with Japanparts.com ??!

Man, they are ridiculous almost like a joke. I really dont know what they are getting payed for? Everyting is so damn expensive, and the delivery time is almost a month.

Anyways, I was looking for "STEERING SWITCH PANEL IN PIANO BLACK" And I only found it at japanparts.com But there's no way im paying 125USD shipped for that.

So I have two questions, have anybody seen those panels somewhere else?
Two, is it possible to paint those in piano black urself with a good result?

Supply and demand my friend. Their customer service is great. Patience is a virtue.

because they are authentic JDM parts....shipped from Japan....hence the long shipping times and high prices
you gotta pay to play, so stop crying unless you want to buy crappy knock off parts

I absolutely agree with you on this one 05.

Look wonderful, had you taken time to look around you'd see that Japanparts.com is a very respected vendor of ours who delivers great quality products and has exceptional service.
You want authentic stuff from Japan, it's gonna cost you.

Otherwise I suggest you hit up ebay for knockoffs.

I ordered some clear corners from japanparts yesterday. I put in the cupon code RX8DISC so that I can get a 10% discount and they said it was expired in October.

I was under the impression all rx8club members get a 10% discount no matter what time of year.

Gay.

I had couple of things from JapanParts. Yes they are a bit expensive and yes the time sometimes is an issue. But I am always sure that I will receive the real thing. Their service is great. Recomended.

BTW I have these "STEERING SWITCH PANEL IN PIANO BLACK" and they look great.

WRT your first two questions, the dollar is below 90 yen so don't expect anything cheap coming out of Japan. Last time the exchange was that low was a few months in 1995 and that's like a 30% drop from the first half of last year.

Also, you may not know it but some of our other vendors rely on japanparts as their supplier and then pass on the products to us as if they were theirs.

The only thing funnier than your quip being mistaken for your signature is the use of a picture of Paul Lynde.
