Hi I am about to start an isntall on a freinds rx8, starting off with a mazda mp3 player....can someone tell me where is the cheapset to get one of these?

cant wait to start building this, this goal is to have a somewhat showy system while retaining as much trunk space as possible and of course good sound quality...

can anyone tell me ifthe stock bose system does any eqing of the bass and treble? for example, many stock systems lower hte bass and treble at high volumes to save the stock speakres, whcih in turn leads to lack of bass and treble when an aftermarket system in applied...thanks guys!

I picked up a used mp3 player from someone on these boards for $170. i've seen one or two others for sale here too. If you aren't in a rush, just keep your eyes out. Otherwise you will have to drop about 250 online for the player.
