I'm looking to trade my turboed Mazda 3 in for a RX-8 and was wondering if my system would fit in the new car. Is anyone running 2 12s in the back? I saw a guy w/ 2 10s. Thanks guys.

I am in the process of ordering a Zen Enclosure kicker box. For the RX-8 they list 2 12 inchers as a possible face plate cut out. However I only have one sooo not positive but I would assume yes. Also wit the amount of space I have left I would also have to answer yes.

The answer is yes. I know someone with 2 12's in their 8 and they sound great.

 

The answer is yes, but keep in mind airspace is tight.

 

thanks guys that's good news. I may have to fab up a box to fit the space in the trunk better. i'll measure my current box today and maybe one of you could tell me if it's going to work

 

the zenclozurs box can be bought or 2 12's... but like someone said... airpace

 

yes 2 12's will fit, I've seen an 8 with 2 15's in the back (looked awful though)
