*New* SSR/SFR Turbo Kit Pictures
#3
Hey SSR like the new pictures, Question does the exhaust wrap come with the kit, Does it help a great deal, and since it will get very hot in that compartment is there any advantage to wrap the intakes to keep the heat fron warming up the intake charge...

Thanks SSR, I'am sure your right but can you or someone out there explain to me why that's the case....
My theory was that if the charge is cool coming from outside the engine compartment and the engine compartment temp was extremely high, then by wrapping the intake would keep the cool air from warming up, so I guess that's wrong, help me understand why, thanks

Any particular reason you use wrap instead of ceramic coating like Jet-Hot? Generally most people go with wrap instead of ceramic coating because of the increased cost, but with this high a quality kit (and $$$) I'd imagine there has to be another reason.
I know a nice jethot coating would look alot nicer then that wrap, and would also extend the life of the piping.

The stock strut tower bar does fit, it was just off in the pictures.

SSR since the orginal strut fits, does that also mean the plastic mazda engine cover fits also.. just wanted to know incase I wanted to try to hide the unit alittle bit. After taking a much closer look at the pics, I can't see how the mazda engine compartment can fit, No problem..
