Jedi,

that is one of the reason that I asked for help here.
probably someone can give me information on a good replica
that fits good.

the original mazdaspeed is 3 times more expensive, is on $612.50 on rosenthal
but if I can find it at a better price I can buy the original.

thanks for the help!

Manuel

It's holding very good, but the street drive (shifting at low RPM) are no much good very harsh to shift at low RPM but at high shift very nice. consider to buy a good multiplate clutch, a good set of axles, Charles R Hill sell a good set of this, good lsd, kaas have a good one.

Hope you start enjoy your car very soon!!

Regards
Rgonza

rgonza,

a small technical thing i need to know from u is. how do u go about the Throttle body?
RX8 is using throttle to control the traction control, 20b is using cable rather than electronics.

my is not using a factory throttle body (DBW), it using a throttle from wilson manifold for ford mustang 110 mm. the traction control algolimth is controlled a stand alone plc and it send an 5vdc signal to haltech ecu to retard the ignition curve.

Huntington Beach, CA it was really good but now is time to continue working.

I saw more RX8's in Oahu than in Los Angeles, California !

not to many rotor heads in California?

I have plans to visit Huntington again for the US open of Surfing
that is from July 24 to 27, 2008 On my next visit I would like to meet some rotor heads on the Huntington area......................................

Merry Christmas to everyone............

lets make some noise:

"Uncork your engine's performance with Quick Time exhaust cutouts.
With Quick Time electric cutouts, you can have the best of both worlds--they're quiet for the street, and wide open for the strip. These electrically controlled exhaust valves bolt to standard cutouts, and can be opened and closed from inside the car with the flip of a switch. Using the convenient interior-mounted switch, you can go from stealth quiet to wide-open power. You control the volume, and you control the flow. Quick Time exhaust cutouts fit any car or truck, from old-school musclecars to high-tech imports."

Man you were in my backyard.... too bad I didn't know you were coming, or I would have hooked you up with the local rotorheads and maybe hit a bar or two. PM me next time you are coming, and I will hook you up.

Yah, make sure you hook up with someone in SoCal if you are going to disneyland. Local residents get a much better price on tickets.

Manuel, I am having the axles black-oxided and they should be done well in-time for Joel's Febraury race schedule. It'll be a couple days before they are done and boxed up. The kits are all done aside from the oxidation protection.

A few guys asked me for new videos....................

here are two small one's videos:

on the first one you can here (first 2 seconds) when I open the exhaust cutout. We installed the exhaust cutout a week a go..............
The video is just croosing, the car spin the tires near 7,500 rpms, boost is 8 psi only.

http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...deoID=27610847

the second video is a little more long ride, you can here the tires spinning but nothing special is crossing and I change gears near 7,500 rpms ....................

http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...deoID=27609328

enjoy,

Manuel
