So, now that the vacuum leak is fixed things are way better. My AFR's across the board are now a bit leaner though so I will redo the tuning this weekend. It's not extremely lean, they are averaging about 11.8 in boost (rolled back to 5PSI for now). So I will take it easy driving it for now until I can get out and datalog. But all in all she drives way better.
I just can't believe that damn check valve was the issue the whole time.

What's weird though is that my last sets of idle logs are perfect, no signs of a vacuum leak. But I bet under boost the leak was massive. I'm actually surprised my brakes were not affected more. I think the brakes feel firmer but it may just be in my head,

Battery relocated, went pretty smooth and I am happy with the results. More pics of the full install later.
