54 will be ok but 50,57or 60 would have been better. If it's not too late to change ........

I talked to Rob at AMR about it and he feels the 54 is a better fit. he said it shoudl flow mor ethan enough to get me to where I want to be HP wise (280WHP or so easily). He also told me they are one of the only a few places that can engineer/build their own ball bearing setup as well. So we will see how this works out and possibly in the future I may go another route.

So far AMR has been as professional as can be, I just wish I fully understood all the technical details

The engine should be here today. The turbo should be shipped out in 2 days. I still have some odds and ends to get and then it's game time. We are getting a cold front, it should cool off and get down into the high 90's

Turbo, injectors back from cleaning, and an air filter and that is about it really to get it running. I have a list on my fridge of little odds and ends like a EGT gauge/sensor, and the AFR gauge kit I want.

We have a place here in tampa called The Boostelab. they are very highly recommended.

If I do run into any kind of problems when they inspect my turbo then I will for sure look them up to see what kind of options I have if boostlab is expensive on their quote

Yeah boostlabs has a good rep. Do they have a turbo balancing machine ro do they send their stuff out for balancing and machining? AMR does everything in house which is nice.

Talk to Charles he can get you silicon couplers for the GReddy kit in multiple colors, even though I don't think it's listed on the BHR website.

Isn't your new engine ported? You should be able to hit 280 with no issues.
