A couple of things:
1) Here is a better graphic for your first post (minus all the background noise) -
2) The W/M is plumbed after the TB. Do you have a check valve there? You must for that position. I usually plumb the W/M before the TB.
3) Air pump should have gone away. Do you still need a blocking plate? I have one for you.

W/M was sent to the BHR throttle body spacer and installed according to Ray's instructions. I have a check valve in the line that came with the AEM kit. If that doesn't work, we'll need to pull the spacer out and weld the injector in. I have no idea why the air pump is still there. Yet another PFS mistake? If you have a blocking plate, can you bring it, and we can just yank the pump and throw the plate in. If there is anything PFS needs to do before you get there, just let them know. Ray@PFS said he is keeping the dyno free all day Friday for you.

I promised I would make my OMG OMG boost post when I got back with the car... so even though I have had like 4 hours of sleep in the last 40 or so... omg omg boooooost. I just got my car back to my house. It isn't running perfectly yet, as Jeff ran into a ton of issues with the car. He tirelessly tuned it from 10 AM to nearly 1 AM today. Having met Jeff in person now, seeing his sense of humor, and his work ethic, I am firmly in the MM fanboi club. He saved my *** from a bad situation and put up with endless problems with my poor car and I really appreciate it. The car is still running pig rich in 4th-5th when I enter boost, but 1st-3rd are goddamn amazing. There were issues with injectors, MAF setup, and the car just acting insane all day, but Jeff perservered and I got my first taste of a boosted rotary today. I'm so happy and completely spent, but I'm in the 300+ whp club, and not even pushing 9 lbs yet. Jeff insists there is tons more to come, but we need to fix a few issues first. With that, I'll leave you with my dyno charts from today for now. I'll write a more comprehensive writeup tomorrow when I'm conscious.

I have to say, the car is a complete monster even with <9 psi. I'm not sad that we stopped there for now because I need to get used to it, its a huge change. The response is almost instant though, its not waiting for spooling like some people say about turbos. I put my foot down and it feels like I get thrown back in my chair, through 1st-3rd its a kick in the ***. Dear god the torque. Jeff is the man also. He was really professional, and literally did not move for almost 14 hours tuning it, cracking jokes the whole time. We were joking I should put a post about how he was a huge dick and kept spitting on me and putting holes in my tune, but he gave me some perspective on his "online persona". He is still going to meet up with me again before he rolls out to hopefully sort out the last chunks of rich tune before he heads out of MD. Also I am going to be organizing a dyno day in the fall for him to fly out and do AccessPORT tuning here. I'll make a post about it in the MD thread and get details set up. I have to head back up to PFS today to get the front brakes checked because I'm getting a scraping sound at full lock (esp on left hand turns?) and I'm going to get them to look at the intake piping to see if we can get the MAF flow more stabilized.

Chicken, the 301 whp run was 218 max torque, its shrunk down on here, but yeah its 218. Yeah, its going to take some getting used to. I definitely can handle more power, but I don't mind getting used to it first lol!

Well, got my first warning. 20 mph in a 25, signal on, turning onto a side road. 3 cop cars all in a row lined up behind me. I got a warning for "excessive speed" and when I told the officer I was not speeding, he said that if I kept my muffler I could expect to be pulled over a lot and to have a nice day. Howard county cops are douchebags but whatever. I'm going to start collecting the warnings/tickets into a scrapbook or something. Even with the tune not being quite sorted, and lets just say I've heard that a turbocharged RX-8 beats an Audi S4 off the line through 3rd.

You guys crack me up... man, the 300 whp crew is awesome. I just took my dad for a ride in my car... he absolutely loved it. We hit a couple of twisties and banged through the first 3 gears in style. This car makes me so happy I could literally hug it.

Well, tune is all fucked up right now... something wrong with the installation of the MAF pipes, so I need to pull the bumper off tomorrow and cut a 3.5'' pipe so I can get the MAF fixed. Just spent 5 1/2 hours street tuning it with MazdaManiac, and its worse than it was when I started. It's basically undrivable in 1st-2nd in boost now, and yesterday it was perfect in 1st-3rd. I think the MAF screen is moving which is just making it impossible to tune, so I'm going to have to do some work on it this week. It makes me a sad panda, but its going to take a while to dial the car in where I want it. Thanks goes to Jeff for all his tuning efforts with the car, I just wish she wasn't being such a spiteful bitch.
