None .................... It really did hit the wall . I'm going to fit a vac. gauge to my turbo inlet and see if it's going into a strong vacuum . That seems the most logical reason for it just talking with the guys at PPRE.

Although ............... I have no doubt it would have made another 20-30 more on a cooler day .

OK .... found the problem !

Definitely the turbo intake is too small . Drawing 6-7psi vacuum at peak rpm .

Now ...what to do about it ????? It's tight as a fishes ar** down there .

Probably pvc ... not going to be much good . But it got me thinking ......

Auto Silicone Hoses - Silicone 2 Ply Air Ducting - 76mm - Blue Air Intake Hose - 1 Metre to 4 Metres

Good to 325C .... ordered some ... looks promising !

I would test a section of that silicone with a heat gun, see how it holds up.

If you can't get the intake routing sorted, trying a blow through MAF setup may present other options (and issues).

Man, you were quick to find the limiting factor in the setup. Nice work!

Cheers . Still need to get cool air to the turbo somehow but yeah a blow through maf could offer some advantages.

One big learn from this was that I did find the acceptable limit for 60mm ID intake tube . It's good up to around 320g/s .....
