My fabricator will be pleased with this.

FWIW I managed to hit 330g/sec with my old turbo with the Greddy intake. Ooooh, light bulb moment -> this will further reduce exhaust back pressure at the given flow rate. Choice bro!

Thanks Scott . I was pretty disappointed with the end result actually but now that I've found why it hit the wall, I'm excited about how well it will do next time .

You missed the bit where I said excited If it makes 411 with an undersized intake ,with it correctly sized ....................

Just as a indication ..... Matchbot shows a reduction in turbo shaft power required of 50hp@14psi dropping from 7psi vacuum down to 1 .

Had a look at it in some detail yesterday .......... looks like flexi ducting is the only possible way I can do it as the hose will have to squash to get through the gap between the manifold and engine mount.

it will just be a bit oval so no drama . The bit i'm not sure about is the connection at the turbo which necks down to 60mm .... may have to chop that off . Which means ..... you guessed it

I've got the standard Greddy 60mm suction pipe. My turbo inlet is 83mm, so I'm going to try squeezing an 83mm silicone pipe in there. Will finish dialling in injectors before playing with this though.

Word to the wise, don't search ebay for "80mm silicone" on your work PC. Whole different product range.
