Nice install.

Do you find the 'soft' return hose lets the PSSHHT! blow-off sound out?

Have you considered taking out the bottom of the airbox, free up the radiator airflow?

Very neat.

Looks good, so you have a line loop done on your engine right?

I don't get any psssshht noise at all - that is a bit of a disappointment . I do get a nice wooooooosh noise though

Don't have any overheating issues so haven't really looked for more cooling . The extra side radiator seems to have done the trick for me .

Only reason we did it was because mine cracked on the front iron - it was only afterwards I found out that people actually do it to improve oil flow . I was like 'cool' heh .

It also enabled me to get filtered oil to the turbo .

Never heard of it being necessary on a Renesis, not even on a professional level

Im having that done as well and will have pics once Turblown is finished. But it is supposed to improve the oil flow to the engine and such.. only bad thing that when it comes to doing a search on it you hardly found it done on a lot of car so there aren't really enough pics to get a visual idea on how its setup besides the one that was posted on here.

I know most people who have the Renesis don't do it on there build I kinda think that its going over and beyond.

Agreed - not really necessary . Unless of course you crack your iron -which I have managed to do 2x now .
My engine builder managed to block off the existing galleries and fit the external hose WITHOUT disassembling the engine (or getting swarf inside it) which was a pretty neat trick .

1st time was from being a dumbass and trying to race someone (on a track) when the engine was misfiring .

2nd time was after doing a mod on the dowell so it wouldn't crack (on advice from someone on here) - that actually made it weaker

Cracked irons have been happening since someone had the bright idea of putting a big turbo on there Motor.

I know of a Doz boys that have done it, admitly, mostly over the series 4/5 rx7 years, but the fact the rx8 are having the same type of problem .... well ...its a rota.
