As far as pictures go ... I do have some but would rather be posting results first . I'm sure the pics would just lead into a discussion about why it wont work.
Here is a teaser though ....
Dowelling : hmmmmm

whoa--how many hacksaw blades did it take to cut that iconel port liner? lol!
Interesting--I think I know where you are going.
How much flow are you shooting for?
Are you porting too? Changing the timing of the ports any?
If you are going for as high as I think you are--wouldnt it be a good idea to install some different rotors?

/\ just one blade and a **** load of elbow grease .
My aim is to break 350whp and run on that reliably for a long *** time on the same GREDDY turbo at the SAME flow , that currently produces 320whp.
Porting - not really doing anything at all porting wise - just a bit of a cleanup.

The beast is still going but sadly i have wounded her .
While taking a fast right hander under boost on low fuel I got the dreaded ping ping ping . (Walbro pump was no help at ALL ! )
So now she runs ok for general driving but is hard to start and does not idle that well .
Time is drawing near for the next instalment in my saga

Things have been slow around here lately (8club), can't wait for next week now! We had our first flurries of snow last week, had the car in the garage since.... its pretty nice out today though, might be time for one last cruise
