Sorry man, but theres no way the bridge is making 50 more hp. i have the same setup with bridged secondaries etc. in all honesty, it was probably lucky to add 5-10 hp, and that may be very generous...

Interesting! On my last dyno where I made 180rwhp a stock ported was at 14* horsepower. So peak gain was around 35hp but at some parts of the graph there was a gain of 45rwhp. I don't know what differences others have experienced but these are the results I've seen.

Case report, 13 Sept 2019
Full bridge build on R3, full costume ECU map with mazdaedit on dyno.
According to owner on clip it only produce 210 wheel hp, difficult to drive in traffic and rest of story. As far I can say that max hp of NA in UK
As far I know this is 2nd "full bridge" engine from them with 200is whp, "Street ported" engines on very same dyno made 190~200 whp
I don't link clip here for obvious reason, drop me pm if your are interested.
More info please , link to dyno perhaps ? Or is this just second hand info that someone told you ?
I wouldn't mind betting that same engine would make the same or better peak whp without the bridgeports.
No second hand info, they don't published dyno but guy admittedly mention 210, also I see others dyno with exact setup and same output.
I will drop you pm for links.

Why not link them on here ?... I'm sure we would all like to see them !
Ok ...those videos confirm nothing .
If you watched the 'Car Throttle' series of videos where they compare the street ported vs bridgeported rx8s . The street port makes 210 and the bridge makes 190 ish , although the guy says "Josh and I are working through it" (which is code for .................. it didn't work).

proof of what ?
I saw their dyno ***** for other full bridge, non of them pass 210 whp. why ? better ask them.
Spoiler
[/QUOTE]So... Off he went back up to Revs for the work, a map tweak for the new dwell timings and a bit of a dyno session to try and eek a little more out of the engine.
*drum roll*
Turns out it did improve. Peak torque is up about 11 ft-lb from 116 to 127, and the general torque curve is slightly higher across the rev range. Peak power is also up a touch to 190.8whp.
Both myself and the guys at revs are openly a bit disappointed with the power output given the porting. The car has had multiple check overs and shows no outward reason as to why it wouldn't be putting more power down. The next avenue of investigation is to have a look at tuned length headers to try and bump the power up to a number starting with a 2.
RR's full bridge record sits about 215whp Not huge amounts more than a streetport, but a good 10% differential
