I'm serious... I'm a complete noob when it comes to this stuff. I'm only 16.(My dad is going to help me install the stuff) I was looking at other superchargers and they we're 900-5000$ This is only 175$ seems to good to be true...

On automotive mechnicals, normally you get what you pay for.
If a deal seems too good to be true... it usually is.
That electrical "turbonator" is little more than a fancy-looking air filter.
Save your money, and spend it on oil changes and new tires when you need them

Supercharger kits (which include all the necessary aspects including engine management) are in excess of $7,000.
Buying the supercharger doesn't address mounting brackets, intake, engine management, fueling, new belts and belt attachments etc.
There is a ton of stuff with these kinds of installs. Your best bet is to start in the Major Horsepower section and start doing some heavy reading.

Intake and catback exhaust is like 10hp tops.

Guys, don't flame the kid. (I'll take him at his word that he is only 16, therefore just now learning how to drive) We were all young and overly enthusiastic once...
My advice would be to not worry about horsepower enhancements for awhile, and just enjoy driving. (Go to an SCCA autocross if you can find one near your area) or take the car to the local (LEGAL) dragstrip to learn how your car handles when pushed to the limit.
If you want to modify the car, I'd go with exhaust (for sound) and wheels/tires (for appearance & better handling).
At 16, you really don't need ridiculous ammounts of power on a car to find yourself "over your head" (I could get into plenty of trouble on my 90HP CRX back in the day, if I had anything more powerful, I would probably be dead... not for lack of driving skills... but for the poor judgement of youth.

At 16 any form of advanced driving tuitionwould be a wise choice.
You probably don't know how to drive, you don't know how to prevent driving errors, you don't know the difference between good and bad lines\braking techniques and car control or whatever comes to mind. Why spend money on the vehicle when you could spend it on yourself?
