i was just wondering if i can boost the rx-8 up to 600 hp

if so can anyone tell me how to boost the rx-8 upto 600 hp????

like adding how many turbos or superchargers or what i should install

anything is possible.. just depends on the $$.. and time...R&D.. trial& errorr. etc

ive read on some site ..that the highest Hp achieved to date is 950hp.. thats like heavily modified.. i cant recall the site or organisation tat did it... maybe some one else will come to my rescue.. :o

 

Sure, just add FI like a turbo and turn up the boost. WAY up.

You'll easily get 600 HP. Oh, and fuel is important. Go get some Nitromethane.

Of course the engine will only last a few seconds, but hey, you got 600 hp!

 

I think you start with the wrong car

 

Tornado Air claim to be little turbochargers - If you stacked 7 or 8 of them; they claim 20hp each, that'd be a good start.

8 x 20 = 160hp


Next use a Flowmaster Turbo Muffler = Philodox got 80hp from HIS turbo....

160+80 = 240

Now Install the +20hp Chip from Ebay, that'll make 280hp over stock...Now you are sitting at 518hp.

RX-7's did it, I'm sure if you want to spend the money you can too. However, since no one has made any internal parts (seals, etc) for this engine or lower compression rotors, I think you may have to either be the first (lots of green) or wait a while.

 

It'd be totally useless.

We smoke the tires stock, never imagine 600whp.

Buy a Supra if you want a dyno queen.

 

If you want 600 hp take out the Renesis & drop a 3 Rotor in it. Acosta has done this & then some but you are looking at about $60,000 for the complete conversion.
