Can i use these rx7 injectors for my turbo build

I happen to have a set of 1000cc and 800 cc injectors from a FD, just wondering it i can use them for my turbo set up. My turbo is a t04 50 trim, thanks.

It depends. I'm assuming they aren't stock FD injectors because your flow rates are different. Do you have pics of them? What fuel rails do you plan to run, what ecu do you plan to run?

They are rochester 800 and 1000's. Im not a total newbie to turbos, but i dont know what fuel rail i should run, any help?

as for the ecu i was hopping to run a plug in system that i can remotely tune and run from the device. I think its called a accutune, i just know that my buddies subie running 550 hp is running off of it and it works likea hot damn.

A couple points/questions:
1. Never heard of accutune - googled it and got a piano tuner. Got a link for it?
A. Can it run high and low impedence injectors?
B. Can it run a 2-rotor engine with 2 spark plugs per rotor running different timing and 3 injectors per rotor? A boxer-4 and a 13B have different required inputs.
C. Is it a full stand alone or will you need signals from the ECU still - specifically to the injectors?
2. Do you have a part number on the injectors?
A. What connector do the injectors use? You can splice or buy an adapter for pretty much anything.
B. High or low impedence?

The best method generally is to just send a set of injectors (stock ones) to KGParts and get them modified and flow tested. Then the injectors drop right in, fit the stock harness, and you know you're flow-matched.

I wouldn't do this and here is why.

1. Why use older technology with a poorer atomization/spray pattern?

2. diffrent impedeance.

3. send your stock injectos to KGParts. Lower TCO. Plus will be flow matched
(+1 to maxxdamigz)

4. The car is too damn smart for a piggyback. Best way is to use an AccessPort.

5. Fuel Rails, waste of money for a returnless system the 8 has. A Return type system would a diffrent stoy.

6. Sell them to a 7 owner and make some money

Pretty sure you meant Accessport, not accutune.

Yes it is accessport, I was just having a brain fart. So how do I know what to tell them when I send my stock injectors away? Also how much does accessport cost and is there a good source for tunes online or is it just best to go to a rotary specialist and get him to tune it on a dyno? Oh and how much for injector balancing

I recently modified 4 stock yellows myself and then got them tested . they all flowed within a couple of ccs of eachother (around 800ccs IIRC) .

If you search accessport or MazdaManiac on here all your questions will be answered re tuning

The factory fuel rails for 93-2002 Rx-7's are for side feed injectors. If these are side feed injectors they won't work in the Rx-8 rails.

Most aftermarket top feed injectors used on Rx-7's are old Bosch or Denso based designs from the 70s and 80s. They're really not worth using in this application.
