Today I will go to sleep and when I wake up .. I'm expecting and 8 with a ported motor to be in my drive way some day .... someday....

An update from the OP would be great -- forgot all about this thread.

 

I have suspected block flex as the cause for some of the Renesis Apex seal failure.
I have seen Renesis stock "dowels" that had been tweaked in a motor tear down, and at very low boost. What would happen to your apex seals if the engine "tweaked" a little?

Remember, 7s have problems with flex at a little over 400 HP, and they are far stouter than the Renesis
