D"OH we dont need to be chained to the factory MAF any longer!! why was i not thinking about this ?!!
replace it with a MAF that was designed with blow through in mind and then get a good tune on it with a FLASH.

with the ability to flash we can ditch the OEM MAF if we want

Is it a matter of hooking up and flashing or is it more complex?

Started her up last night with the stock PCM, it ran ! for like 20 seconds and then died.
I'm back to all stock plugs, and I used the windshield washer fluid deflood technique (pull plugs, squirt windshield washer fluid in, crank a few times).
Tonight I'm going to try with the INTx, I think the throttle calibration may be off, and I'll adjust the startup richness to get it to stay good. I'm expecting it to startup tonight.
I said screw-it to coils and radiators, I have the stock stuff in. That will be good enough for the next few weeks.

Throttle calibration was off by 27%!
That was the reason why my yellow light on the INTx was not lighting up when I was trying to start her up the first time.
I'm still not too sure about my after idle enrichment setting, but tomorrow I'm sure she will fire up without a problem!

HOLY ****!!!!
Great job on the turbo kit!!! It's exactly what I wanted!!!!
Driving normally I get perfectly stock like performance!
But when I press my foot down more than 3/4 of the way, I get instant power boost!!! Oh, I am absolutely loving the wastegate to atmosphere, sounds amazing!!!!!! Not too loud but it definetly sounds like my car has some serious *****.

Turns out the flooding and the trouble starting the car was caused by the INTX not being calibrated to my throttle. Fires right up now!!!!
I think that the person I bought the INTx from may have set a rev limiter at 6K, I can't seem to go past it without getting backfire noise (or it may be the weak coils after all). I need to borrow a laptop again to check this.
I'm getting 19inHg vacuum when at idle.
I get AFRs around 14.7-15.3 when cruising in vacuum of greater than 10inHg
I get AFRs of ~13 while at 3/4 throttle and 2-3psi
I get AFRs of 10.0 when at WOT and 10psi!!!

Statig,
I am very pleased to hear of your success with the kit. How many psi are you running max? If you are at 10psi or above and at 10afr your car will miss fire at around 6000rpm when the APV opens up because all the air/fuel going into the engine will saturate the combustion chamber to the point where its hard to get an ignition going. We're working on the ignition upgrade to fix this . In the meanwhile, you can tune the "idle" map from 2psi and above and adjust it slightly so that your in boost AFR stays closer to 11:1. This will help with the misfiring as well as release some extra HP. If your coils are good you should be able to run 10psi without misfiring all the way up the range. Make sure you keep an eye on the AFR gauge and confirm that the misfiring isn't caused by the afr spiking up or down in that range, if it is Pm me and I will give you some tuning tips. If you don't feel comfortable with this call me and I'll help you over the phone.
Good luck!
Chris
