So your goal of 400whp on E85 will require about:
6x 112 lbs/hr injectors at 60psi, 80%DC and a bsfc of 1.4 (this is actually for 450fwhp)
The A1000 flows 600 lbs/hr @ 60 psi 12v.
So it looks like you're close with your setup.

Looks good. Just not wanting to go that far from stock on moving the fuel tank. does look clean though.
