Fuel Pump Solution - All Failure Modes

Just a BTW -
I took the exit ramp for the 10 onto Pecos Road at well over Arizona State's "criminal" speed today.
Lets just say, there was a "1" flashing at me from time to time.
Then I rolled into Circle K and put 14.7 gallons of gas in the car.
You put two and two together.

Look at that lovely 270 degree left turn starting at the top of the Z in the middle of the track. That's just a pipe dream for me right now.

Any closer to this comment:
"BHR can supply all of the parts required to perform this modification and will soon offer a “depot” service, where you can purchase a fully upgraded pump assembly and trade in your old assembly for a core credit. This will take all of the “guesswork” out of the modification."
Curious about a time frame. The ported engine will be here next week, but I'm looking around April for the swap.

This weekend I was able to put the new pump through the paces. I was able to turn as hard as I could in as many directions as possible for as long as I wanted up until about 12.9 gallons in to the tank. That is a huge improvement over the OEM where I was starving at 1/2 a tank in any reasonable left hand turn.
Thanks guys!!
What I did experience was definitely different from previous fuel starvation. Instead of just cutting out for a few seconds and then picking back up. I would get more conventional "running out of gas" bucking and on and off power type of fuel starvation that would last until I stopped to idle the car for a few seconds. Once I filled the tank back up it was fine until the sun went down.
So I think it was plain old running out of gas due to sloshing around instead of the regular, suck at sucking problem.

After some much aggravating lean issues lately and after talking to Jeff and Ray, I will soon be replacing my stock fuel pump with the BHR upgraded pump. My lean issues are happening at upper rpms while in boost so I am going to try the pump first. Car is a 2005 with 30k on it. No issues in boost down low rpm, only upper range (6-7k). I will post my install pics and a write-up on impressions when I finish. Hope all goes well.

The BHR pump is in and operating as it should. The problem is the pump did not correct my lean/detonation issue. I am now assuming the pump was not the issue to begin with. As soon as 7k comes around the detonation happens. BHR coils, new BHR wires and proper plugs as well as a BHR pump and I can seem to figure out the source. The BHR pump is very nice and was easy to install with a 10 minute phone call to Ray for a couple of questions. I am off to more head scratching and more diagnosing. Wish me luck.
