How are you measuring it? By smell?

yes and by color. I guess it could be oil but has a strong odor of gas. Its very little. If it is gas what does this mean?

It means your screwed... basically your side seals are shitting the bed and gas is seeping it's way into the oil instead of just burning in the rotor chamber.

Send your oil in for an oil analysis, that will tell you the percentage of fuel in your oil.

Time to start changing your oil every 2k miles with synthetic until you can afford a rebuild.
