We have went over every fuse in the car/engine bay. Everything is fine.
What is your suggestion for step 2.

Well since the fuse is for the ECU, the logical assumption would be the ECU may have been damaged by the short circuit.

That would involve a test with a 'known-good' ECU.......

If you need a complete wiring diagram, p.m. me a good email address that can handle a 6 meg file.

Sent you a PM.

The car is getting loaded onto a trailer tonight and taken to the dealership. They said that they will replace the coils and plugs under warranty. Appointment is due for Tuesday, so we'll see how everything turns out.

Turns out 3 of the 4 coils were fried. L/T on the rear rotor and T on the front rotor. Replacing them tomorrow. What are the chances that they will fry again with the eManage Ultimate installed?

Dealership was saying that the timing was so retarded that it caused the coils to toast? Make any sense to anyone else?

Well the dealership replaced 3 coils and changed the oil. They were saying the oil was full of gas. The owner of the car said that it is running great. We are going to install a boost gauge this weekend to make sure boost isn't creeping.

We were using Royal Purple oil, could that be the reason it was puffing smoke while running?

Also, the owner was saying something about changing the plugs to be Trailing/Trailing instead of the Leading/Trailing setup that comes from the factory. Has anyone else heard of doing this?

Where and how to hide Emanage ECM

I finished installing my turbo kit and I wanted to put the emanage in the glove box to keep it dry and away from heat. The problem is that the stock ECM is on the passenger side and the wire harness into the car is on the driver side. Any ideas on where to put the E-manage ecm without making a whole in my firewall?

We installed ours in the glovebox. If you remove the washer bottle from the firewall there is a hole you can run your wire through.

If you just looked in the AT Performance section you would see at least 2 AT cars equipped with the GReddy kit.

So yes, it works on AT cars.

can u guys look at your dial settings and tell me what they read. Mine says A-0-1 and I called greddy (NJ) and they told me to use B-A-2... Greddy (CA) told me to use B-A-A... just want to see what the vast majority has on this one.

dont waste the money on this, and THEN turn around and upgrade it.... just get the BHR/MM kit.
