I actually met a guy this morning about a custom Jeep my dad wants to purchase and the guy is an engineer specializing in supercharger systems. Dumb luck, but it looks like he is going to be able to help.

it should only have the supercharger pulley and an additional idler. then there should be the auto tension idler and a new a/c idler mount. all the other pulleys are the std pulleys from what I gather.

as long as you have the sc belt drive pulleys ( one on the e shaft and ones for the blower) then most others are a standard than can be ordered? Mounts--then that is a different story.
Well dang---sorry to hear of this.

Prey tell why can't you check the parts list from Hymee?
If something is missing have Mark send it to you.
That seems to be the quickest and cheapest way.
If there is some complication let me know and I'll see if I can help.
(note to supercharger gods in the sky, please don't let me regret this)

Mark is (has been) going through some personal turmoil right now and from what I have heard and is off the grid. But I don't want to speak for him. We will be patient and see what happens. One we get some specs then we will see what the feasibility is of having the pulley's made.

As everyone knows Mark and I are good mates and he in fact handles my shifter sales in the Pacific. I have noticed that he hasn't been doing anything lately though. I have sent him an Email offering any help I can. That may be futial since if there were something he would already have asked.
Any machine shop can make pulleys in whatever size you need. The print for the groove is available from Gates on their site or in their engineering book. They will send you said book for free if you say you're making parts utilizing their belts.
Brackets are a different story, you will need a print either from Hymee or homemade off someone elses. A local fabricator could build you a one off bracket if need be.
