Few Questions,
1) Was it on a dyno?
2) In general how did it run?

I spoke to Hymee just after he posted about the turn of the key. That was midnight here local time. He posted those photo's at 5am. I'm tipping he is pretty tired. He said he has booked dyno time for today.....so stay tuned for some sleep deprived posts later in the day. It's 11am now.

Hymee's *** was never in bed ... I think maybe he got an hour or two's sleep in the passenger seat of the car and is busy working away at the moment. News will be posted when it is available.

Well, only Hymee can say but I think his plan was for it to be at the jambo as as static display, then we'll see/hear/feel it in action at the Nats. Come on EZZY, it's gotta be worth more than a weekend with your g/f ! :p

The Jambo is still on tomorrow.

We re-engineered the blower drive to get a much more satisfactory result with a poly-v belt. Mint! We are quite happy about things now. About to take her out for a road tune. :D

Cheers,
Hymee.

Drivers seat actually. I had to play footsies wit the pedals. I don't think it was much sleep, as Phil had the music cranked up heaps to keep him awake as he machined up a new gearbox adaptor plate for Andrew Dyson's race car.

Cheers,
Hymee.

New blower drive using poly-V pulleys and belts.

You don't exactly walk into the parts show and get RX-8 blower pullies off the shelf But we got da gear to make it happen!

Cheers,
Hymee.
