kg parts fuel rail leaking
Over the last couple weeks I've been converting my fuel system to a return style system on my turbo 13bmsp with an AI surge tank, all braided line, for, ID injectors and the kg rails. My problem is that when under pressure the rails leak at the injectors. I know rx7 guys had this problem so they ran larger orings. The rail calls for oem 11mm size injectors so im using oem grommets and orings. Any tips or experience with a solution would be much appreciated. Thanks

When I ran them years ago I had huge issues with the fittings leaking, you sure it isn't coming from the ends?....I had to re-machine the ends where the ORB fittings went to get them to work. I didn't have issues with the fuel injector holes though
You might need to mess around to get the correct o-rings so they seal properly
Make sure that the fuel rail is straight too...if they are a bit crooked they don't seal very well.
