Did some more logs today for more tuning. Saw over 420g/s multiple times. A couple of the logs were while completely toying with an XLR......That guy must have been confused lol

I had seen over 400g/s before the dyno, but when I did it was hitting the target AFR. Back then I really was playing darts with my maf scale trying to get it right though.
Also I now have my Aux ports opening at 6000, whereas before(including dyno) it was set to 4800.
Baseline has helped ALOT in trying to nail down my tune. There is a big difference in the car.

I keep switching between 8 and 12, thats my two profiles on the boost controller. Both run with the same cracking pressure setting of 6.5PSI

Car is still running fine after a year of daily driving.
Been busy with work so I havent had time to work on it. Still have my fuel pump sitting in the box and a list of things I want to do to it. Hoepfully I'll find some free time this summer

Hopefuly find some time in July....when its hot as hell in my garage
-Need to install my Walboro fuel pump(from BHR)
-Need to relocate my O2 sensor, some recent talk on the forums has confirmed what I've known since last year. The sensor being 5+ ft. of pipe from the exhaust ports is making my crappy tune crappier.

Felt good tonight so I went out and did some work on the car at 4am :P Relocated my O2 sensor to right after the Turbo. This is about 3 feet closer to the engine than it was previously. I would like to have put it pre turbo on the manifold, but there is no way to drill and weld that while on the car. I'll put it there if I ever get around to doing my 2.0 manifold.
I took it for a quick lap of town and my idle and cruising AFRs are much more stable. Before I would get alot of oscilation, now it is pretty steady. Should make tuning ALOT easier. now I jsut need to find time for my fuel pump
Also I noticed on my drive that I picked up 2lb of boost. Before I would peak at 12psi, I saw 13.9 on this drive at 7k rpm The only thing I can think is that maybe my UIM or coupler right before the throttle body wasnt sealed before. I removed those to reroute the O2 wire......

I've rolled around the idea of offering a kit or at the very least a manifold and downpipe pretty much since the start.
So when I do 2.0 I will probably go ahead and get setup so I can make more. I'll make the modifications to the original manidfold(split it into two pieces and slightly move the WG) then make a template from that. The downpipe just needs modified so it will bolt up to the stock exhaust then I can make a template for that. Then I'll build a fresh manifold/downpipe setup strictly from the templates to make sure they work. If it does then I can make up a setup whenever I have spare time
The parts for the manifold and downpipe arent all that expensive. They are just the most time consuming and labor intensive parts to make. But once I have templates I could do it in my sleep
Honestly the only thing holding me back is I need to pull the trigger on a decent TIG welder and I need to find some spare time to get it setup.

Yep, its more time than anything. I make decent money. So its hardly worth it for me to take time off to make car parts that would sell for a small profit. Thats why this has remained on a backburner. If I ever do find myself with some free time though I'll get it setup for something to do.
