Original Turbo 'd Auto !!
If you're coat it use this,
http://www.polydyn.com/performance_coatings.htm.
Realy great for heat control and will last. I know several rotaries that use it and have had no issue to date.

Well, everyone can start out at 6psi (like the GReddy kit was designed for) but once you feel the power and get used to it, it's so easy to turn the boost up

Update:
I got the car back together and after a 5min drive the weld cracked. I was quoted another 4-6hrs to remove the manifold to have it welded again.
I am so sick and tired of these retarted issues, I am seriously considering returning my car back to stock. Anybody want a BNR turbo kit ?

Of course more power to you if you can/know of someone that can do it!

I had shopped a few places I knew and a friend of mine who is a genius with a TIG tried to replicate the GReddy manifold in stainless....needless to say the odd compound curves and shapes made it extremely difficult. Fabricating a replica of the GReddy manifold would be very difficult in anything other than cast...

I agree that making it *exactly* like the Greddy manifold isn't feasible, that doesn't mean the pipes can't be routed differently to the identical turbo position

The problem is a multiple problem problem. The casting is of poor quality, so is the design( direct 90 bends right out of the engine, and into the turbo) and the fact that you are trying to make the engine breath out of a straw( too small of a turbine wheel/housing)...
