i know you have one carbon. i was posting it for hemp. just trying to help out. im really not sure why the wet kit is better. maybe charles will pop in here and clear some things up

The wet kit is better so you don't go lean and blow your **** up. The factory ECU doesn't know nitrous is in the system so adding fuel with the nitrous is the safest route. It's not the best setup in the world but it is the best solution we have.
I was planning on a RPM window switch to cut nitrous at a certain RPM, if I had kept N2O I would definitely have done that.

Correct me if I am wrong Scott, but aren't the bottles supposed to be pitched at least 30 degree's? I though if they lay flat it can cause problems
How far did you get with your window switch, Im planning to incorporate an RPM signal adapter into a comparative circuit (omp amp) that will in turn activate a relay, thus connecting the 12V trigger wire. Similar to a starter cut circuit on an anti-theft device.

I hear you on that, I was thinking a fake wall in the trunk to hide the bottle as Im not to keen on looking at it, or people being able to see it.
Does anyone know, if a dealer or tech does a visual inspection and sees any signs of NO2 will they still give you an inspection if everything else is up to spec?

are you talking about annual state inspection or track?

The track inspectors will notice it for sure and most Autox groups will not allow it. The state inspectors are generally retarded and won't notice unless it's obvious. They never noticed on mine but my NMU was hidden. I had planned to eventually go with black braided line and fittings to make it more stealthy.

should be fine for 1/4 mile track use but i dont think you can have the bottle in your car for track days. not sure on ny laws you may have to take the bottle out for inspection.

Well, for 1/4 mile track days you are good for sure, track days and Autox depends but around here it was not allowed at any road course tracks or Autox events so I had to remove the bottle. As for State inspections, they can only gig you if you have the bottle hooked up as it is illegal in all the states to drive around with it hooked up. If it is unhooked, they cannot say anything about it. Unless your state has some weird law about it.

Add gas, add oil, repeat

Did you output to something like this:
DynoTune Product, 007-Round Digital Nitrous Pressure Gauges - DynoTune, Nitrous systems, Purge kits, Nitrous Bottle heaters and more!
or this:
square nitrous pressure Gauge, velcro anywhere, size of a keychain remote. Digital nitrous pressure gauges in a square package will read nitrous pressure in PSI. Nitrous oxide pressure gauges are a must. - Square Nitrous Pressure gauge, Velcro anywhe
or did you have a better method?

You can get pretty fancy with it. I had three led switches mounted where the factory seat heater switches sit. That was enough for me, activation, heater, and opener. Then the pressure gauge told me when it was up to temp.
You just want to do it right, a couple of the switches draw quite a bit of current so I had the whole setup on a separate circuit/fuse block.

Is this the window switch you where looking at?
Holley Performance Products 2 Stage WOT/RPM Activated Window Switch 15982NOS
My only problem with something this generic is its interpretation of the Tach, all cars show a different signal at a certain RPM. Not sure how accurate it will be.

Yeah that is to be determined to see if the wires at the ignition coils we tapped for a tach signal work. We had to do this on Hoss-05's car so he can use the Apexi electronic boost controller.

I think the biggest issue is that are cars signals are all digital at the coils, which is why you need the Greddy adapter to turn it analog. Then who knows what type of signal range it turns into and what signal range this adapter accepts for an input.
