Yeah for the 20 minutes of work involved, it is a HUGE HUGE HUGE advantage. For the bigger 3071R I would say it is required though Jeff can do it without taking it off. You basically double the working room in there.

Finally weaned myself off my Powermod piggyback yesterday .
So i'm now 100% flash tuned via Hymee Pro Tuner .

Also :
cut OMP by 1/2 (am premixing so can't see the point wasteting good synthetic)
Rescaled my 480cc injectors
Rescaled the MAF
Got rid of my lean 1-2 gear condition
runnig mid 11s all the way to redline
f**k this thing is quick!!!!!

updated my thread again, im running rich now in every gear while in boost. 11.1's all the way.

is this a sign of coils giving out? is there a way to test the coils? i have 40k on original coils.

that's a long way on stock coils so i would replace them . It is probably not your problem though .
have you done anything to your car since it was running lean ?

Guys, change of plan for sending my turbo out to Tim's turbos.

It is a bit more pricey, but I think it will be worth it. I will fill you in on all the details later.
For now here is some of the specs:
- Machine compressor cover
- Install larger comp 28g wheel (higher CFM)
- machine hotside flange at the downpipe to increase flow
- Clip the exhaust wheel to reduce back pressure
- port wastegate
- Balanced the Rotating Assembly and Thrust Bearings

cost is about a grand...as for lbs/min, don't know...I will be receiving flow maps when complete tho

okay i officially think my map is insane lol.

its back up to the 12's in boost, im thinking it may have something to do with the weather maybe? i havent changed anything else at all.

how would the weather affect it that much, and so quickly? I don't know...maybe it would, I guess if it that is the cause, I would like to know why and what can be done.

i suspect your long term fuel trims are wandering all over the place due to maf calibration issues ......
