What version of Int-X is that? I was told that on version 3.0 the yellow light WON'T be on, only the green one will. If you have 3.0, that might be a problem.
Personally, I have a 3.0, and only the Green is lit when everything is in order.

Do you smell a butt load of gas when you try to start? If so then you are flooded/flooding when trying to start. Try pulling the fuel pump fuse and crank it a few times.
If there is no gas smell or just a very light gas smell (remember, you've been trying to start the engine) then it's another culprit.

Also, do you hear the fuel pump do its dance when you turn the key on? Just making sure you have fuel being supplied to engine. Maybe you can even short the relevant circuit and see if you can get the pump to empty some fuel out of the the quick connector (see the procedure in the shop manual for emptying fuel which is explained in fuel pump removal). If you do try that, you will need more than the minimal amount of fuel, as that procedure can only empty the tank to a certain level.
It's the Esmeril Kit, so affected systems that need checking are: Fuel Pump, Injectors, Throttle Body connections, MAF Sensor connections (might be unneccessary due to int-x but not sure), coil connections (if you upgraded coils)...
...we have degraded to shouting out anything that pops into our heads.
Really though, my money is on a flooded engine. Don't think you'll hurt anything by trying a pull start if you are confident about the installation.
That's about it, I'm out of ideas.

If I carefully monitor my AFRs, any reason why I shouldn't run 12psi of boost below 6k rpms with stock fuel injectors? My thinking is that the engine will not be moving enough air below that to cause lean spikes. Thoughts?

has anyone discovered that the apv's leak when there is + pressure in the intake? Not much --but it is there.
anybody done any intake port/engine port matching, removing lim and engine intake casing marks, increased the exhaust port cooling, sealed the vdi or any intake port clean up including putting a slight bevel on the trailing edge of the secondary intake port? Anyone done any of that?

lets just say there is a goof bit of work that can be done--more details to come after data is collected.
The apv issue is new. I discovered this accidentally while working on an engine and wondering about blowback residue in the lim. The leak is big enough to hear if 5+ lbs of boost is applied and if you just use lung power you can feel the pressure release. It has to affect fuel disbursement--to what degree is unk at the present time.

SO i tried searching.. Engine wont turn over now, it did then stopped. Now it just goes "CLICK CLICK CLICK" really fast when i turn key to start. anyone know what this is? I know its flooded but what is that sound from?

Yeah thanks! it was indeed the battery.. Now i got it charged or jumped to a truck.. Car will turn and sounds like it wants to start then slows down. Smell some gas and aint from engine bay. So im guessing its still flooded. Will retry tomorrow if weather permits.
Also car fully lowered.. I got about 1.5 inches of clearance to WG fitting.. DANGER DANGER. will get something made next week. Pic for fun.

I've jumped my car once and the other car we used (an IS300) only had enough juice to jump it if held at 3000-3500 rpms. Then again my spark plugs were pretty shot at the time. It was quite an ordeal to jump it.

If you have the car back on wheels I would definately try push starting or tow starting it . Do you know how to do that ?
