I need to apologize I was bored and wanted to push some buttons. With what Ray posted I knew I would get everyone worked up. Thats why I just posted "To Late". I couldn't post anthing else if I would have it would have been obvious I didn't know what Ray was talking about.

So legitimate questions are off-limits, but "pushing buttons" is OK?
I loves me some hypocrites!

the stock Maf in its original 3inch/76 mm housing is capable of measuring enough air to produce 400some hp.
going down in maf tube size while adding FI is never good. you can go up in size. peopel used to go up to 80mm very often but nowadays 90 mm (3.5 inches) is often used.

The original Int-X version didn't come with a MAF tube at all.
Then they started shipping a plain machined 3" aluminum tube with a MAF adapter for the A/T folks.
The tube was only 4" long, so it wasn't useful for actual measurement of MAF values - it was just to assuage the transmission controller and show it some load.

No. That is what came with my kit. I am working with PTP to get it fixed. This is actually why I have been posting so much about what the tube size "should be".

Your "methodical assessments" in this case are clearly based on the assumption that I have the new housing... which makes them FAIL, since I do not... yet.
Here's a suggestion: Use facts as part of your methodology... instead of dumb assumptions/fuzzy math.
I'm starting to appreciate you on a comical level now. Thanks man...
Welcome back to the Pettit threads

Hey I love you to sweety.lolololol
I love it when you push buttons. It's the negativity that gets spuied towards the same person that gets old specially since it stems from things in ancient history.
I don't think anyone on here has a problem when you ask specific technical questions or correct any incorrect information that anyone else may have posted. That brings different points to light which is one of the reasons we get on the forum to learn.
I have never said not to push buttons. I myself on another forum told you it wasn't the same since you stopped pushing buttons.
So I don't think I'm a HYPOCRITE. You hurt my feelings. I think you should apologize right about now.
LMFAO!!!!!

I'm pretty sure I don't read your posts anymore, I just look at the tone in the first sentence.
Yep. I checked. I really don't care.
Thanks! Asking to have my access turned off only works for shirt periods until I catch on.
Here's a new thread to discuss this stuff without having to deal with the Pettit-owners dogma:
