Has anyone installed or purchased the sfr turbo kit that comes with the TO4E turbo? I'm planning on purchasing one in the next couple months and I was wondering how it preforms, how much of an hp/ torque gain you were getting on it, and it's reliability.
Thanks!
Thanks!

he doesn't even drive his car, so his opinion of better is determined by which one has more bling. Chromed top mount will always be more bling than a turbo you can't see (manifold mounted)

I have the SFR turbo, I cant say much for how it feels/drives as I havent gone into boost with it yet. I can say the kit has good build quality and Tim is helpfull. I can also say that the directions you get with the kit arnt the clearest. If you have a specific questions about the install I can help.

SFR turbo is awesome! (And not because I am gonig to sell one, but because I enjoyed my car very very very mucho with it!!! Time to move along!) .... >:-)
Difference in mine is turbo, intake is custom 3" intake and intercooler is 3". I also have mine with SOHN adapter as well. I didn't quite get it with the looks I wanted but it sure felt very nice! And the turbo is a custom precision and starts boost at 2.5k ~ 3k and it's a bigger one.
I kept it at 6psi, so turbo is basically in great shape. I dynoed 264 at 6psi. Enough for what I wanted, I was going for show, not performance, but it had some of that too.
