One day, hopefully a long time from now we will crack open these engines and share pictures!

Speaking of ethanol, my car has been pretty steady until this last weekend, I put in the same mix and the car is running like ****. I need to get one of those test kits, my buddy was having issues in his BMW and tested the E85 and it was E57
I may have to start stock piling it and mixing it myself.

What have your fuel trims been? If the ethanol percentage is lower than what you are tuned for then your trims will start going negative. Easy way to get an idea without a tester.

Hmm, maxed out at -25%? Sounds like maybe you got a tank of E10. When I went from E10 to E50 my trims went positive by almost +15%, which is what I used to offset my injector scale. If you are tuned for E85 that requires nearly 30% more fuel.

There's also this guy Aaron Cake that is very helpful:

Modded the alternator bracket so I could easily get to the thermostat. I've been wanting to test the stock vs low temp in the summer here but it was such a pain to remove.

Lol just waiting on corner seals. They are getting coated this week. Sounds like they will probably show up at my house next week but I'll be in Vegas so won't have much to update until I get back the week after next. Having to wait a bit has actually been a good thing since I have a tendency to rush. Instead, I took my time cleaning and prepping everything so when the parts finally show up I can just focus on the build.
