Use a JIG if you can Slash but i would also suggest you have a crack at some old seals first.
You want to cut them a little at a time otherwise you run the risk of warping the metal or just plain damaging the seal.
Again, good luck to you sir. Im so excited for you lol

some notes:
I hate hylomar.
The apex seal tips like to pop out when setting the center iron over the e-shaft, bastards.
I hate hylomar.
Sometimes things seem a lot easier in my head.
I hate hylomar.
I prefer driving the car to working on it.

Ok the car is all back together, well except for the front bumper and wheels. I've been trying to start her up. I get strong even pulses on both rotors. No compression tester tho. But i pulled the plugs and and don't smell any gas on them, nor at the tail pipe. I have 55psi on the fuel gauge but it doesn't seem to be getting gas. I checked my injector connections. Is there a fuse for the injectors I'm mussiing? I can't see the forest for the trees right now so any suggestions would be appreciated.

this is under the air pump or where it once was. is it connected?

Yep my fuel pump resistor is connector. And I have fuel pressure on the gauge. Should I smell gas on the plugs? Especially after cranking on it a bunch without it starting?

something is up with the injectors firing. If there is fuel pressure then the injectors is where I would be looking. if you have been cranking for some time, I would assume there would be traces of fuel on the plugs. Is your Maf facing the correct way?

^that, I'm not sure on. I'm at work and can't go look at my car either. Sorry

Thanks Travis but I just checked another hub and crank angle wheel and it can only go on one possible way. It can't even be flipped over. It's starting to act like it wants to catch but never quite does. I think I need to do a compression check before I start chasing my tail.

A compression check will help show if you have any seals sticking. Dont take the numbers at face value just yet though. Break in and all yet....
Injectors wires are correct? Ess is plugged in?
