Flash--have yall considered installed a bigger SC unit?. The pettit is a 1.7. a 2.1 will have all the down low grunt you need for that hp level and you can underdrive the heck out of it--reducing parasitic lost and charge temps.
another option --If you can find a way to make a different sc inlet snorkel that also may get yall to that number.
Also redesigning the exhaust system ( SYSTEM) will definitely help. Even in the lower rpms.

 

Some things (parts) are supposed to change after Seven Stock. When those items are installed we will again look at the HP numbers. Erick, Todd, Ray and I have been talking about what is needed.
