Supercharger kits?

Supercharger kits?
I know this has probably been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone knows when a supercharger kit will become available. I've found a few site that claim they're "coming soon for the rx-8"
Has anyone done this ?
a friend of mine was also telling me that as long as a certified mechanic installs the supercharger it's still covered under warranty, is this true?
I love my 8, just wish it had a bit more power.
also, where is a good site to get accesories?

I saw a magazine today that compared the Mazdaspeed RX8 to a Fairlady350Z. They talked about word of a possible supercharged version to come, but as always that is just speculation. I have yet to get my RX8 and have been waiting until this summer to see if a supercharged or turbocharged version will be coming out. I don't think I can hold out much longer though.

TO be honest... I wouldn't hold my breath. After someone else brought up the topic in relation to a new RX-7 coming out... I have thought about it in terms of a Mazdaspeed RX-8.
Get this...
In Japan they have already released a limited edition MS RX-8. They are getting ready to released a new one... B-Spec (the other was A-Spec). It sure doesn't look like they are thinking about releasing a S/C model in Japan. But you never do know...
There is the marketing concern of overlap between the RX-8 and RX-7 particularly if a T/C or S/C RE is used in the 7 and MS 8. The prices will be very similar. Sales problems. NOw here I predict no MS RX-8, where are the other person predicts no RX-7. The RX-8 sells, but it's not selling like hot cakes in Japan. All FC and FD fans want a new RX-7... not an N/A 8. All forcasting, etc. magazines I've read only talk about the upcoming RX-7. No word of a MS-RX-8 at all.
I think a t/C or S/C 7 will net more JDM sales than a FI MS 8. i think the same holds true in the US...

I have pretty much given up on the chance of a s/c or t/c rx8 being developed (it would be nice though). Anyway, I too am dreaming of a RX8 and will be happy enough with the perfomance that it already has. I can always look for an aftermarket solution to my desire for more hp once I get my very own 8.

What about warrantees? I don't mind upgrading my 8, I'm just concerned about warrantees,
also, it would be wise to upgrade the clutch if you put a SC or TC right? I'd imagine the stock clutch might have problems with the extra strain, ... is there anything else that should be upgraded?
It's just kinda silly, I hear they'll be releasing a new mazda6 thats tc,
so, the Mazda6 will be faster than the Rx-8?

Yea I've seen intercoolers on an S/C, but they're called aftercoolers though.
I saw a black NSX with it, while I was crusin around with my girl at the beach and he was messin with my 8, I got mad I went home and took my DSM and waxed him.

Do you guys really need a kit? Can't you just get a charger and hook it up? I always thought the Supercharger only affected the intake, so I would think it would be easy to make just about any supercharger work. Even if the gains arent great, we need to break the ice here!!
