I have the Turbonetics warranty policy sheet setting here next to me. It has a 1 year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship so I hope they warranty it after only starting the car 5 times.
The warranty says nothing about a restrictor and one did not come with the kit. It says to use a maximum -3AN or -4AN inlet line and the kit came with a -3AN inlet line. It says to use a minimum -10AN drain line and the kit came with a -10AN line.

Actually, it was my fault. I'm an idiot and when I reinstalled the UIM after checking my injector wires I accidentally kinked the crankcase vent hose that goes to my oil catch can. This caused positive pressure to build up in the crankcase which cause oil to backup in the housings. I realized this when I read the Turbonetics warranty information and troubleshooting tips. I fixed crankcase hose, cleaned everything up, reinstalled everything, and got the car running again. I even took it for a short drive to burn off some of that oil that was in the exhaust. It smoked like crazy.

Good thing you figured it out because below is a picture of one of the warranty inspectors from Turbonetics and they want you bring in the turbo personally and unarmed.

When I took it for the short drive I finally got to hear the BOV a little. I have the HKS SSQV and when I shifted from 2nd to 3rd one time it made a flutter sound. I thought it was compressor surge but come to find out it is the BOV. The sound is amplified through my CAI.

This was sorta like a bird flapping its wings 4 or 5 times and it got softer each time. I've heard Jeffs BOV and it did kinda sound like a kazoo. Mine is recirculated so its not as loud and it doesn't have the noise maker piece anymore. I just can't wait to hear it at 7 to 10 psi.

I leak tested the system from the turbo inlet to the throttle body today. It went very well. No leaks all the way up to 20 PSI. I would have tested the UIM also but I didn't have a good way to block off the exhaust in order to get it to hold pressure.
I am currently venting my oil catch can (crankcase) to atmosphere. This is basically creating a vacuum leak, right? Do you all think it could be causing some of my idle/decel problems?

I cleaned my MAF, reset the ECU, and created a new data log of a short drive today. I still have the problem with ECU hunting for the proper AFR. It goes from lean to rich to lean to rich at idle. It is pretty consistent at cruise but it stalls on decel. It seems like a vacuum leak but I can't seem to find one. Anybody have any suggestions of good ways to find a vacuum leak?
Also, any suggestions as to what else the problem might be?

The ways I have heard of finding a vacuum leak, other than hunt and peck, are to run something identifiable through the intake tract and see where it comes out. I've heard people say anything from smoke, to propane.
I've use the method of spraying soapy water or carb cleaner and waiting for it to bubble of cause a stumble at idle before but that was when I had a fairly decent idea of where a leak might be at.
Was the LIM ever off?
Where is the leading 02 sensor in you setup? I can't for the life of me remember.

Yes, I'm using the Cobb with the MM turbo v3_0 calibration.
I don't think its the MAF because the AFR changes don't match the changes in airflow. But, I have a 6"long - 3.5"OD MAF housing. There just isn't much room in my setup to go any longer on the 3.5" MAF pipe. I have a 3" CAI that steps up to the 3.5" MAF pipe. I have a screen before and after the MAF.
It doesn't appear to be the front O2 sensor because my aftermarket wideband fluctuates also, but I guess it could be. In my setup there are two O2 sensor bungs in the downpipe. One is in the middle between the turbo and the midpipe and the other one is right before the midpipe (OEM location). I have my OEM wideband basically in the OEM location. However, this is also very close to where the wastegate dump tube meets into the downpipe.
I was wondering if this might be part of the problem? When the wastegate is closed the exhaust gases go from the exhaust ports up the manifold to the turbo, then back down the downpipe before they are read by OEM wideband. When the wastegate is open some of the exhaust gases go up to the turbo and back down to the OEM wideband but some of the exhaust gases go directly from the exhaust ports through the wastegate dump tube to the OEM wideband. Anybody see any issues with the wastegate opening and closing right by the OEM wideband? Should I try to move the OEM wideband to the other O2 bung in the downpipe?

Maybe the big turbo is too much for the OEM PCM? Or maybe the wrong maps are being altered for this condition, didn't MM say there were a bajillion maps?

I am considering the interceptor but I would like to find out what the actual problem is before I go that route. I don't want to cover up a vacuum leak by switching to a MAP setup. I have emailed MM a couple of times but I have not gotten a response for a couple of weeks. I heard he was working on the robot or something.
