Turbo Heat Shielding

Turbo Heat Shielding
Guys, Questions for anyone with experience and or Turbos in heat wrapping..
1. Should we apply more thermo shield to the firewall area of the car.
2. Should we wrap / shield the Turbo with thermo shield
3. I noticed that the SFR/SSR turbo is wrapped and the exhaust is wrapped..
4. With the Greddy Turbo it is not. Also the Greddy turbo uses a cast exhaust , Does this change things or should we wrap this also..
5. Fastening, the shield uses just tape , maybe we should tack it down with steel band wrap for the exhaust and maybe tack it down with some type of screws for the firewall for it won't come off..
I figure that done right from the beginning, we won't have to worry about later.
All ideas are welcome. Thanks

If I were to install a turbo I'd send the exhaust manifold, downpipe and cast turbo housing to jet-hot.com for their ceramic coating. I'd also seriously consider coating the intake pipes but at $20/ft. that may be more than some are willing to spend.
Thermal wrap is notorious for trapping moisture and accelerating rust. Jet-hot is nice because they also coat the inside of the pipes, which means they won't "rust out" from the inside either.
