I moved the assembly to the filtered side of the assembly.
And I setup the adjustable portion so that it could be accessed easily but once it is set then I should not have to mess with it again.

Yes that is an oil filter relocation kit that we came up with, I just need to have the bracket powdercoated but otherwise it is complete. I just have a -10 adapter with a 1/8" NPT for the oil feed. It is 100% made in the USA as well. Murica!

Hey 9k, have you tried out your regulator yet? Whats your target for max oil pressure to the turbo?
Im wondering if you are going to have draining problems with that return line and it blowing back into your catch can/intake.

With the by pass line? My drain line from the turbo is -10. I have not tested with oil, but have with air. I am just waiting on some minor things to arrive and some powdercoating and she will be back on the road. I am shooting for as max pressure of 65psi to the turbo.

Nah its the same size as your supply line i would not worry about that. The flow rate should not be that big with the controller.
I meant you are feeding it into the plastic manifold that you fill oil with. If your getting blow by it might lift that oil up and out into your filler neck then into the catch can or intake. Depending on how you have it plumbed.

Do you hear a little ring as it cracks open? Right around 45 psi i hear it ring just a little. It drove me crazy when i first started driving with it.
Every time i start accelerating it would ring and i spent a lot of time looking for the sound.

I had to reroute the pressure regulator setup a bit due to the Mazdaspeed bar but it is still working great. I am going to come up with a simpler more compact setup for a cleaner install. But so far, so good, max of 60psi at the turbo feed line and about 5psi at idle depending on the temp. I still have the gauge on it for now since I am still sort of testing but after awhile I will get rid of it.

Man, you have some massive dust grains in your engine bay.
Ah, no, it was just an imperfection in the camera optic lens. Anyone mentioned that you need to go to a psychologist?
I havent seen one, and am impressed.

I manage a group of Psychiatry cinics, the docs constantly remind me that I am text book ADD and OCD.
Once I figure out how to package it nicely i will give you the details to make your own.

The Borg Warner EFR turbos already have the oil pressure orifice built in on their housing, just making sure nobody tries to perform this mod on one ...
and I especially love AN fittings with push-on barb hose connections
