turbo question

Im still learning about the my rx8 but i was just curious does anything need to be changed in the internals to run a turbo?

holy crap do some reading see what others have done to their cars this has been explained a million times in this part of the forums

I just did a count tonight while I had the engine apart and the answer is 105.
52 of them move together in two sets plus the e-shaft.
