Well, not boosted yet; unfortunately I'm missing some pretty major parts and am having some problems with the install. As far as missing parts I'm missing:
Oil return adaptor for oil pan
BOV gasket and set screws
V-Band clamps for down pipes
Water cooling taps for turbo
Coolant pipe couplers
MAF screws
As for the problems, I had the entire hot side and pipes ceramic coated by SFR, I'm guessing they didn't do a test fit to make sure everything was still ok because I can not get the slip joint to slip together. The other problem is the SS lower coolant hose replacement is not even in the same ballpark as far as fit. It is a good four inches off. I'm not worried about it as SFR has been absolutely top notch with support I have no doubts these problems will be taken care of with the quickness!

Ok, more updates, working with SFR has been great! Tim made no hesitation in getting my parts sent in my direction; the bad news is I've been stuck in Florida for work for the last week, so nothing has been done. I ordered all brand new t-bolt clamps so I don't have to screw around it crappy worm clamps (no pun intended). But with any luck I should get most of everything put in tomorrow. I still have issues with the lower coolant pipe but SFR will work on a solution for just as soon as I can get off my *** a take some pictures of what’s going on. Anyway, its coming, just slowly :\

I have the SFR (customized) kit on my RX8 now, and to get the SOHN adapter you need to modify the OMP sensor that goes on top. I made one out of 2 sensors (because I had an extra one laying aroud...) but you can manage with one, a few wires and a few terminals. Idea, and you have to be VERY careful! is to cut out where the plug goes, exposing just the connectors, bend them towards the motor and solder 3 (or is it 2?) wires then put terminals to connect to existing wiring harness connection and make sure you insulate after install or your downpipe will roast it!

Ok folks, here’s the skinny. I had some pretty major fitment issues while installing the kit several months back. Tim made me an offer I just couldn’t refuse so I drove the car to San Diego and he is going to install the kit and make changes to his kits based off of my car. The notable changes are it will now ship with a pretuned AP. Tuned by who you ask? None other than our very own Mazda Maniac who is being brought in to do the dyno tuning on my car personally. Another change is the kit will be recirced so the MAF doesn't freak out. I am also having him build me a larger intercooler. How much is this running me? A grand total of 1300 bucks. that’s it. If you guys ever had any doubts about working with sfr, drop em now. Their customer service is on par with Ray (BHR). He even gave me a ride to the airport and will be picking me up when I fly back in next week. I had the pleasure of touring their shop while I was down there and they are working on some crazy stuff. They are one of the few folks left that actually fabricate their own stuff. I know this has taken forever but it will be worth the wait. This build has opened up options for the community and I'm sure Tim will take pics and video and as soon as I have a link I'll post it up.
BTW updated parts list on first page, got some new toys in

I just wanted to chime in and let everyone know how the progress is going.Wanted Two had an installation issue with the headers uppipe/downpipe due to the fact that he didnt index the turbo. When installing our turbo system or just about any other turbo system, you need to rotate the compressor housing and hotside to line everything up and keep the center section in the right position, for feeding and draining the oil out of the turbo. If these parts are not lined up correctly, you cant bolt the turbo on! lol. No big deal we got it handled. Also someone asked me about the oil metering pump an its close proximity to the header.I will post some pictures of what we do to protect it,the wiring and the lines running to and from it.I will also post some pictures of how the coolant hardline we suply should be connected. This is where most people have had issues installing our system.ha ha! Ill post pics of everything and some videos too;-)

Yes actually
Just got back from SFR today; we were not able to get a tune put on the car because we wanted to wait for Jeff (MazdaManiac) to be able to come down and do the tune himself as this is uncharted territory. But the good news is the car runs! Here are a few pics to drool over and a short video.

Looking good Wanted2..heh you beat me to it just dropped my car off last week @ a local shop...and along w/a slew of other things I'm having the 12" MAF housing moved to the upper part of the front bumper...How's the clearance for the MAF? Post some shots of the maf relocation?
With atop mount ,pull through setup, the only way to go is with the Maf housing in the Upper part of front bumper It took me a whole new engine to finally realize that......Turbo and recirculation turbulence make it impossible to tune properly

How long is your MAF housing? What I'm having done is, having the S bend thingy from the AEM intake utilized. It dips behind the crash bar and out...This way you don't have to factor in the Filter for your maf housing length....
