Please stop posting/making new threads and read. The information you need is already here, much of it in the swap thread you posted in. But to keep it simple either enjoy it for what it is or sell it. I may be wrong, but from what it looks and seems like you clearly don't know enough about the car or the mechanics behind it to complete the swap.

ive read countless threads on AT and MT diffrences and swaps etc..my question is not how it should be done but rather asking for the opinions on what other rx8 drivers would do in my situation seeing as i have a brand new engine and if i trade it i will no longer have that luxury...as for the mechanics comment. ive been driving and fixing the car since i was 13,obviously im not felix wankel but i do have a strong grasp on the inner workings of my car but i still plan to have proffesional help if i due attempt the drastic change.
Do you know all the parts you would need to replace on the car, what they would cost you, and then the cost of labor since you are saying you wouldn't do the work yourself?
What experience do you have working on the car, what work have you done on it?
Are you aware its not actually a brand new engine you were given, but in fact a re-manufactured using various parts from other failed engines that were deemed "okay"?
What finances do you have available if you decided to sell the car for a MT or swap the engine? Is it enough?
If you cannot answer "Yes" to ALL of those questions, just keep the car and appreciate it for what its worth. You asked for opinions and advice, and you received mine. What more can I say?

As discussed many times in this forum,
The practical and obvious choice you should make is to sell the car, and buy the manual.
For example, the manual swap on my 8 is going to cost me as much as a used turbo kit,
and I only have to replace the transmission!
But for you on the other hand...
That's another story.
