maybe it is... on a serious note i really have no idea. I know of no one personally that has tuned with it so its hard to really say. Only ones I know is Pettit themselves.. And its "theirs" so they will try to sell it becuz its their product. Someone besides them should give it a shot

I'm not trying to put down the reflasher or argue with you but the AccessPORT really is the best tuning tool out there.
Cobb has spent tons of time developing it and it has been used with LOTS of success.
It's easy to use, it's constantly getting updates, we have an experience tuner, it's cost effective, it data logs, it does it all.

I purchased my a/t 8 in 03 and took ownership in late 03 but my car is listed as an 04. It has no speed limiter and never has had one. My 8 has seen 153 MPH. At that speed the aerodynamics of the car are gone because it becomes airborne. Now I guess that could be called a speed limiter . I argued this point out several times before and it took a drive in another 04a/t to show me that some have a speed limiter but most I have been in do not have one.
My guess is that if there were a large up roar about the limiter that Jeff (or Copp) could find a way around it. The Pettit flash does not address this, as again it is limited to some 04 models (or so I hear).

Well your from California ........ Yea I would be hesident to go too fast there. I would never go that fast in Las Vegas (too many Cali visitors ) but then there are roads between places (towns) that you never see another car on them. Ask the bunch that came to the Las Vegas meet.
