5-speed Transmission

5-speed Transmission
I've heard the Miata 5-speed transmisson bolts up to the 4-port Renesis. I've also heard the 5-speed 3rd Gen Rx-7 tranny bolts up too. Any confirmations on these rumors? If they are true I plan on having a 5-speed Rx-8

You'd probably be better off swapping in the 5 speed manual like they said or...trading it in on a new 6 spd auto, or 6spd manual or--which is probably the most cost effective option--supercharger or turbocharge.

Not certain how the TCM interacts with the ECU just yet.
I stated awhile ago that I would have a 4port w/ a 5 spd and a SC and Zoom44 said that it wouldn't be possible to move an Euro ECU that had a 5 spd attached into an American car that has an auto.
Still want to prove him wrong

That would be nice but they don't come in yellow!
