Do 8 lost HP&TQ when transmission heat building up?
I know if too much heat will be bad for transimission, but will it cost the car lost of power such as TQ and response?

Well of Course, That's how you notice that something is wrong with the transmission...
For example, you know when the transmission is hot when you can't go into M mode. If you are able to go into M mode then you will have very delayed shifts.
You can also tell when it is overheating when you have a terrible response like acceleration response and notice that the shifts are staying very low.
The car will go in a type of LIMP mode when shifting and doesn't want to do high shifts at all.
Also where you see the shifter area, it will become very warm.
This happened to my brother's Mazda 6 and should be the samething for you.
EDIT: And yes you will lose power.
