If you want to up the boost pressure you will need bigger injectors. 4 x ID1000s should do the trick.

Dave brought me the turbo manifold today. The two vband flanges between the manifold warped really bad, and a huge leak. They were perfectly flat from the get go. We are welding it up, should see a HUGE increase in spool.

Well so far it fits with the tack welds.
I need to mate up the DownPipe and fit the turbo before the final welding. looks good so far, just didn't get to finish.
Some stupid user at work deleted a folder last night and it took me 4 F'ing hours to restore it. I hate being the backup admin. always on call FTL.
EDIT: Just for ***** Hay:
I call shenengins on Heat, and gravity bending the flanges out of true.

it put down 227 whp @ 8 psi. forgot the TQ #'s. I think the wg wasn't getting the full brunt of the exhaust pressure some of the time during the runs. the bolts backed themselves out on the way home. and the WG fell off the up pipe. Doh!
During the dyno runs i don't feel the tranny was up to proper temp.
The last run 1/21 put down 250 whp @ 7.96 psi. consistently.

Things go well in my neck of the woods. So well that i feel very confident that if needed she would be a great DD. Minus the cost of gas.
Now if a certain somebody [cough] Turblown [cough] would offer a Gentex LIM heat shield, all of us would benefit.
Like this one. Great for us 4 port owners. since we don't have to deal with the APV motor.
