Reflash for the AT?
#2
Not from RB. They said the gains weren't worth it, which can be directly translated into the profit wasn't worth it (because Mazsport saw significant gains with the Interceptor). Some Japanese companies have reflashes available, but I don't know how compatible they are.

RE-Amemiya reflash:
1. Deletion of 180km/hr speed cut;
2. Increase of redline to 8500rpm;
3. Fans switch on at lower temperature;
4. Latest ECU firmware.
No power gains. From what I've read, 20-30rwhp has been achieved with the Int-X. https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-specific-performance-mods-97/interceptor-x-ems-111463/.
Depends on what you want to do. The RE-A reflash costs half the Int-X, when I did it last year anyway.

I did the RE-A flash. If I had to do all over again, would strongly consider the Int-X (but its expensive). It appears Pettit racing is starting work on a cheaper re-flashing solution, but who knows when it will be ready.
