[Pics] Changed the Plugs

The car has about 13,600 miles today, and the last 3000 or so have been after installing the turbo.
Recently the car has been running really poorly, and felt like there were fuel issues. So we changed the oil today and the plugs. As you can see from the pics some of the plugs were definetely ready to be changed. The Leading plugs (7) were the worst of all.
Went from Factory Stock (7L, 9T) to another set of NGK plugs (9L, 9T)... car is running great now.

Here are the old plugs:

how often should you be changing your plugs? my car seems to be idling a little rougher the usual i have 16,000 miles on. Is it time for a new set?

Harry good to see you posting, last night on 161 near the coit toll booth saw a smashed up blue on the side of the road, and thought it might be you. But obviously not with your post today.

scheduled maintanence for the plugs is 37.5k miles, although some people are changing theirs sooner and finding that the plugs were fouled pretty bad.

I suggest checking your plugs, maybe they need changing.
Taking out the plug is really simple. Try jacking up the car... removing the wheel on the drivers side, and reaching them from there. Once the car was up, and the wheel was off... it only took a matter of minutes.
